Below are our standard terms and conditions that govern the processing and handling of your purchases. We offer Demi products for sale on https://demimode.ch/. Our website offers products exclusively to consumers purchasing for non-commercial or non-professional purposes.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use https://demimode.ch/ if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Returns/Exchanges

You have the option to return regular items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please complete the provided return form found in your package. Affix the shipping label to your package and send your return free of charge.

How to Return or Exchange an Item Ordered Through demimode.ch:

Fill out the return form.

Prepare your package: Place the item in its original packaging and include the return form.

Attach the prepaid label provided in the package to your package: Cover any old address labels with the new sticker and securely seal your package with tape.

Send the package back to us: Hand it over to Swiss Post.

Did you not receive a prepaid label in your package? Contact our customer service at support@demimode.ch. The Demi customer service team will make every effort to address any refund/exchange requests. Upon completion of the return/exchange, you will receive an email notification and/or call. Demi is not liable for refunds or compensation if the return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.

Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Plastic tags and labels must remain intact. Demi reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that, in Demi's sole discretion, does not meet the specified return requirements.

In the case of an exchange, the amount will be refunded to the credit card used, and the new item will be charged to the credit card again (unless it is a simple exchange).

Delivery

All purchases made on demimode.ch are shipped via Swiss Post. In the event of an unexpected delay, we will notify you. Purchases containing more than one product may be shipped in separate packages. In such cases, you will receive separate shipping notification emails with the tracking number for each package. Purchases cannot be shipped to post office lockers.

demimode.ch delivers to the following areas:

Europe Switzerland, all countries of the European Union as well

We strive to deliver to addresses outside the mentioned regions but reserve the right to refuse orders if circumstances beyond Demi's control require it. Please contact our customer service for delivery to other countries. Customs duties and taxes may be applied separately. Find more information on international deliveries here.

Personalized Items: Delivery & Returns

Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned.

These items may only be returned in the case of a manufacturing defect or if Demi made an error in processing the order.

The delivery time for personalized products is 3 to 4 weeks.

Customs and Duties

Customers in Switzerland are not required to pay customs fees – Demi handles customs clearance and covers the costs (even in the event of a return). All prices include VAT.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Free shipping on orders over CHF 600. CHF 18 flat rate shipping fee for orders under CHF 600.

Please note that shipping costs for the first regular order will not be refunded in the event of a return, however the return shipping cost is free of charge.

Delivery Times

Approximately 3-7 business days from the time of order placement. Please note that shipping orders from outside Switzerland may take longer depending on the country.

Orders containing more than one product may be shipped in separate packages with different delivery dates.

If you require your order by a specific date, please contact our customer service. We will do our best to ensure timely delivery. During holidays or holiday periods, orders may take additional days to process.

If a standard order is placed over the weekend, it will be shipped at the earliest on Monday. If the order is placed on a public holiday, it will be dispatched at the earliest on the next working day.

Shipment Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to track the status of your shipment on www.post.ch.

Delivery Against Signature

During the checkout process, you can specify whether you prefer delivery with or without a signature.

Delayed Delivery

We may delay your delivery by a few days. Please indicate in the "Comments" section when you will be available to receive the package so our customer service can coordinate accordingly.

Legal Purchase Age

If you are under 18 years of age, Demi requires that you inform a parent or guardian of Demi's Terms and Conditions and obtain written consent from them.

Cancellations/Order Changes

To cancel or change your order, contact our customer service. Demi will make every effort to accommodate your request. Once an online order has been placed and submitted, Demi cannot guarantee that it can be canceled or changed.

Processing & Product Availability

Products displayed on the Demi e-commerce website are subject to availability, and Demi reserves the right to limit the quantity of products offered and sold. Your order will be processed by one of our boutiques based on availability. Orders with multiple items may be shipped from multiple locations at no additional cost.

Demi aims to fulfill all product requests. However, if an item is no longer available despite receiving an order confirmation, the item will be canceled, and you will be notified via email. Claims for damages due to late or non-delivery are excluded. Payments already made will be refunded.

The prices displayed on the Demi website for products are listed in Swiss francs and are inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees. Price adjustments and corrections to pricing information are reserved. Ownership of products ordered and purchased on this website transfers to you upon delivery, provided full payment has been made.

Demi does not offer price adjustments. All prices are as listed in the e-commerce store.

Changes:

Our dedicated team is available to assist with any change requests. Items purchased at full price can be changed at no additional cost. Reduced items may be subject to a fee for changes.
