What are the shipping costs?
Orders exceeding CHF 600 are shipped at no extra cost (otherwise, a flat rate of CHF 8.00 applies). Returns are free. Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable for returns.
What shipping options are available?
All orders are dispatched via Swiss Post or UPS.
How long does delivery take?
Expect delivery within approximately 3-7 business days from the order date (personalized items may take around 3-4 weeks). Note that deliveries from outside Europe may take longer, depending on the country of origin. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages with varying delivery dates. Payment Options
Choose "bank transfer" during checkout for purchases on account. Alternatively, pay with credit card or PayPal. Payments are accepted in Swiss francs only, not euros.

Where does demimode.ch ship?
Our shipping centers are located in Switzerland. Currently, we deliver to Switzerland. Shop in either German or English.

Can deliveries be made to PO boxes?
For security purposes, we do not deliver to PO boxes. All packages are hand-delivered to the recipient.
Is a signature required for delivery?
During checkout, you can specify whether you prefer delivery with or without a signature.

Certainly! Please provide your hotel name, address, and stay dates in the "Comments" field during checkout, and our customer service will ensure timely delivery within your specified timeframe. If any delays are anticipated, we'll notify you promptly.
