How to measure:

SHOULDER
Measure the widest part of the shoulder. Hold the measuring tape horizontally.

BREAST
Wearing a bra, use the tape measure to measure in a straight line below the armpits at the fullest part of the torso.

WAIST
Place the measuring tape around your natural waist at the narrowest point. The measuring tape should fit snugly against your body without being pulled too tight.

HIP
Measure around the fullest part of the hips.
