Our Policy in Short

  • 14 Days: You have 14 days from the delivery date to return any item.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method.

How to Return an Item To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Email Us: Send a quick note to support@demimode.ch with your Order Number.

  2. Get the Details: We will reply (usually within 24 hours) with the precise return address in Zürich and instructions.

  3. Pack & Send: Place the item in its original box, include the return form, and send it back via Swiss Post.

    • Note: Please keep your tracking receipt! While we handle everything once it arrives, we cannot be responsible for packages lost by the post before they reach us.

Exchanges & Sizing Help Need a different size or a different color? Instead of just returning, let our team help! Email us at support@demimode.ch. We can reserve the right size for you while your return is on its way, so you don’t miss out.

  • Return Shipping: As a small independent brand, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Personalized Items: Custom-made or personalized items are final sale.
