How long is the return window for items purchased through demimode.ch?
You can return all regular items free of charge within 14 days. Customers are responsible only for return shipping costs. If this isn't feasible, contact us at support@demimode.ch.
Return Process:
How do I initiate a return or exchange for items bought through demimode.ch?
For returns please write to support@demimode.ch. After review and approval of your return you will receive instructions and address. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Once items are successfully returned, customers receive the amount they have paid.
Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects or order processing errors made by Demi.

- Complete the attached return form.
- Pack the items in the original box, including the completed return form, and securely seal the box with tape.
- Hand your package over to Swiss Post.

Exchange Policy:
Can items purchased through demimode.ch be exchanged? Generally, yes. Please contact our customer service at support@demimode.ch. However, exchanges are subject to product availability. We'll notify you if we can fulfill your exchange request.
Acceptance of Used Items:
Do you accept used items for return? Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Plastic tags and labels must remain intact. Demi reserves the right to refuse returns that don't meet these requirements, at our discretion.
If you prefer to exchange your product, a stylist from our customer service team can assist you in selecting a different size or color. If you want to exchange for a different item, you may need to request a refund for the original order and then make a new purchase from the boutique.
